Northern Colorado Real Estate Market Update & Summer Community Events

Real Estate Market Report

Northern Colorado Summer Events, Community Connections & the Local Real Estate Market

As summer kicks off here in Northern Colorado, communities across the Front Range are gearing up for some incredible local events, and honestly, this is one of my favorite times of year to be involved in the community.

One event I’m especially excited about is BBQ Day in Johnstown on June 6th. Events like this are what make Northern Colorado such a special place to live. Great food, local businesses, live entertainment, and neighbors coming together — it’s exactly the kind of small-town community atmosphere that so many people are looking for when they move here.

If you’re planning to attend BBQ Day, be sure to come say hello. I’ll be out there enjoying the festivities, connecting with local residents, and supporting fellow business owners. Building relationships in our communities is one of the best parts of what I do.

The Northern Colorado Real Estate Market

The Northern Colorado real estate market continues to stay active as we head deeper into the summer season. Buyers are still looking for homes across communities like Johnstown, Loveland, Greeley, Fort Collins, and Windsor, while sellers are beginning to see more competition as inventory gradually increases.

What we’re seeing right now is a market that requires strategy on both sides. Buyers need strong guidance to navigate interest rates and competitive pricing, while sellers need accurate market positioning to stand out and maximize their home’s value.

Even with market shifts, Northern Colorado remains an incredibly desirable place to live because of the strong sense of community, local events, outdoor lifestyle, and continued growth throughout the region.

Networking & Supporting Local Businesses

One thing I’ve truly been enjoying lately is networking with fellow business owners throughout Northern Colorado. We have so many hardworking small business owners and community leaders here, and building those relationships has been incredibly rewarding.

Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people become part of a community. Getting involved locally allows me to better serve clients while also supporting the people who make Northern Colorado such a great place to call home.

Giving Back to Veterans in Our Community

Giving back continues to be a major priority for me. I’ve been honored to volunteer at the VFW at the JM Post in Johnstown and spend time supporting veterans in our local community.

I’ve also really enjoyed attending the Veteran Breakfast at Golden Corral every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. It’s a great opportunity to connect with veterans, share stories, support one another, and continue building strong community relationships.

As someone with a background in military service, opportunities like these mean a lot to me, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive veteran community here in Northern Colorado.

Looking Ahead

As we move into summer, I’m excited to continue serving clients, supporting local events, and staying involved throughout the communities that make Northern Colorado such an amazing place to live.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply want to talk about the market, feel free to reach out anytime. And if you see me at BBQ Day in Johnstown, don’t hesitate to stop by and say hello.
