Summer is alive and well here in Northern Colorado. If you've stepped outside lately, you know we're still in the heart of those hot August days. Whether you're spending the weekend at Horsetooth Reservoir, catching a concert, firing up the grill, or enjoying a late evening walk after the sun goes down, there's still plenty of summer left to enjoy.

At the same time, August always feels like a month of transition. Families are preparing for a new school year, football season is around the corner, and before long we'll be trading flip-flops for flannels. It's a great reminder to enjoy these last few weeks of summer while looking forward to everything fall has to offer.

As someone who lives and works right here in Northern Colorado, I love seeing our communities come alive this time of year. There always seems to be another local event, festival, or opportunity to get together with neighbors.

❤️ A Personal Milestone

August is an especially meaningful month for my family.

This week, my wife Linh and I celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, and just a few days later, I get to celebrate another birthday.

When I stop and reflect on the past eight years, I feel incredibly blessed.

Real estate isn't a typical Monday through Friday career. It often means evenings away from home, weekend showings, inspections, last-minute phone calls, and doing whatever it takes to help my clients succeed. Through all of that, Linh has been my biggest supporter.

She encourages me through the busy seasons, celebrates every closing right alongside me, and reminds me why serving people is worth every long day. Her love, patience, and encouragement allow me to give my clients my very best.

The real estate market continues to move at a healthy pace across Northern Colorado.
